What is Ivermectin 12 MG for?

Ivermectin is an anthelmintic medicine that is used to treat parasitic roundworm infections including Strongyloidiasis and Onchocerciasis.

How to use it?

Doxycycline 100 MG tablet:

Adults: The usual starting dose is 200 MG in divided doses on the first day of treatment, followed by a daily maintenance dose of 100 MG.

Children: 2 MGLB of body weight divided into two doses is the suggested dosage for children.

It is available as a capsule or a suspension to be taken orally with food.

Elemental Zinc 50 MG tablet:

It’s fine to take it with or without food. If you have an unsettled stomach, take it with meals.

Ivermectin 12 MG tablet:

It comes as a single-dose tablet to be taken by mouth with a full glass of water on an empty stomach.

• Pain in the stomach
• Throwing up or having an upset stomach
• Diarrhea
• Vaginal yeast infection in women

Elemental Zinc 50 MG tablets are:

• Upset stomach or throwing up
• Diarrhea

Ivermectin 12 MG tablets are:

• Diarrhea,
• Itching,
• Joint pain,
• Skin irritation

Several small meals each day, good oral hygiene, sucking hard, sugar-free candies, or chewing sugar-free gum may all be beneficial in an upset stomach.
